Airofog Airo-Pro 1 Gallon Sprayer 18 in. is made out of the highest quality material. It is molded from American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) 304 stainless steel which is higher grade than the usual AISI 303 used by competitors. With a higher success rate and less indentation or pitting, this sprayer is capable of enduring three (3) times pressure stress. All components that are required to be in contact with liquid are designed and produced from chemical resistant materials such as Teflon TM, Viton TM, top quality stainless steel brass and other precisely engineered materials. The stainless steel bottle on this sprayer is made of high grade stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant along with its professional look yet rugged design. The pressure gauge is fashioned with scratch proof glass dial in order to accurately control and monitor spray operation. The pressure release valve provides and ensures safety for both the environment and the operator. The pump is efficiently and effectively designed to effortlessly pump at 60 psi. This sprayer comes with an 18 inch extension, a crack and crevice tip with straw and a 1 gallon tank.

1. Opening or closing bottle and filling insecticides:
- To open the bottle, hold the bottle cap then turn it counter clockwise.
- Follow insecticide’s label instruction and fill the well mixed water or oil based insecticide into bottle. Avoid powder or any particle in the insecticide to prevent nozzle clogged.
- To close the bottle, hold and turn the bottle cap clockwise till tight.
- Never open or close the bottle by turning the handle as this may damage the handle seriously.
2. Pressurizing the sprayer:
- Pressing down then turning the pump handle to unlock the pump handle.
- Pump plunger up and down until the required pressure is reached.
- Lock the pump handle.
APPLICATION RATES
For multi-nozzle, measured with water at 2.8 bar and 40 psi:
- fine fan ----------------------------------------360 ml/min.
- coarse fan ------------------------------------760 ml/min.
- pin stream ------------------------------------330 ml/min.
- crack and crevice extension straw--------50 ml/min.
For aerosol nozzle, measured with water at 4 bar and 60 psi:
- fine, white -------------------------------------60 ml/min.
- medium, blue---------------------------------90 ml/min.
- coarse, red -----------------------------------130 ml/min.
- crack and crevice tip -----------------------115 ml/min.
