  • Product Overview

Avesta CS Insecticide is a professionally formulated broad-spectrum microencapsulated insecticide that controls listed pests indoors and outdoors. It provides excellent control of insect pests including mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, spiders, ticks, and flies (see label for complete list).  Containing Lambda-cyhalothrin, the same active ingredient as Demand CS Insecticide and Cyzmic CS, this controlled release insecticide provides a quick kill with a long residual.

Avesta CS can be used to treat indoor areas and in cracks and crevices with low odor.  The microencapsulated formulation provides a long-lasting residual effect even in direct sunlight or other harsh conditions.

It can be applied outdoors in lawns, ornamental gardens, parks, and fields. Avesta CS is compatible to be tank-mixed with other registered pesticides and IGRs (Insect Growth Regulators).

    Ways to Apply Avesta CS:

    • On general non-food surface areas
    • In cracks and crevices
    • As a spot treatment in, on, and around buildings and structures
    • Indoors or outdoors for any of these methods
    • For treatment of Spotted Lanternfly nymphs and adults in the states of CT, DE, MD, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VT, and VA
    • At 21-day intervals between applications indoors

Standard perimeter pest control applications of Avesta CS can be made at the following rates:

    • 1 gallon of water mixed with 0.2, 0.4, or 0.8 fluid ounces of product per 1,000 square feet to be treated

    Compare to micro-encapsulated Demand CS.
