    How long should I wait to apply Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II after heavy rains ?

    It is recommended that you wait until the ground is dry or damp when applying Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II-Concentrate since this product has to bind with the soil. The ground should not be water logged when applying the product.

    I have 5 spruce trees about 30 ft tall and 60 inch circumference. Is application method the same as with deciduous trees? I live in CO and with the width of the trees and little rain, very little moisture reaches the base of the trunk. Is there a better product?

    How dry does the soil have to be when applying 12 Month Tree&Shrub Protect and Feed?
    I live in the Pacific NW and have a lot of rain in spring. My arborist told me to treat my white birch for Bronze Birch Borer now (in midApril). I have clay soil too. We have had continuous rain and the forecast is for more rain for the next week or two. Should I wait until May which will be dryer or should I apply now when the borer insects are starting to come out of hibernation.

    We have leafminers in our boxwoods - is Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree & Shrub the best product?
    i have about 30 boxwoods in my yard and was just told that they have leafminers?? is this the best product to get rid of them?? I use a similar product from Bayer for my roses and it usually does the trick immediately. my other concern is that I live in MA and it can rain snow and be 80 all on the same day!! when is the best application time especially since there is already signs of discoloration thank you!!

    Yes the 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed would work well for control of leafminers in boxwoods. You should check with your local cooerpative extension office for timing as the application timing will vary from region to region.

    Is it good for palm trees?

    If the palm tree is not intended for bearing fruit, Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II-Concentrate can be used on it. This product is not labeled for fruit or nut bearing trees.

    Can Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed - Concentrate be used on roses and flowers?

    No, Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II is only labeled for use on trees and shrubs. Bayer Advanced All in One Rose and Flower Care would be a better option for roses and flowers.

    I am using Bayer Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II on a pecan tree. We do not eat any of the pecans, but what if the squirrels eat them?
