Does the extension (#6-7703) connect the rubber hose to the spray wand?

A

The Chapin Brass Extension is for use on the end of the handle between it and the actual nozzle. It can be used by itself or screw it onto the end of a wand already on the sprayer for extrar reach.

While the Chapin 24-inch Curved Brass Extension - Male (#6-7703) may fit this sprayer's fittings, you would lose a significant amount of pressure in the sprayer but adding length to the wand. I have a Green Gorilla PRO sprayer, 1.5 gal tank, will the Chapin extension wand work?
The male end of my spray hose/control is a 5/16" i.d. measure. Will the female end of the Chapin fit the 5/16" inside diameter male? Please advise & thank you. My male fitting is vinyl, that may make a difference??
