Chapin sprayers rule!
By Ken on 05/10/2023
I have been using an old sprayer that I purchased about 25 years ago. I do air conditioning work and have left coil cleaning solution in it for months on end and it has never failed. . I have used many sprayers through the years and they have all failed for various reasons. I recently ordered some additional sprayers from mechmaster carr and was hoping for some success with the Chapin pro series. When they arrived, one of them was missing it's dip tube inside to suck up the liquid. I just called them and Michael was super helpful getting some parts sent out. While talking to him I told him about how much I loved my old sprayer. He asked me what brand it was. I had never looked, but much to my surprise it was a Chapin model 1035 with viton seals. Funny that I never paid any attention that I ordered the newer version of their pro series. I can't recommend their product enough!! Thanks for building a great product!! I purchased a sprayer here almost 10 years ago and the only reason I needed a new one is because I moved and did not want to pay to store it. The new one works as well at the first one did. I love all the products this company sells.

Better than Expected
By Steve on 01/18/2011
Surprisingly easy to use. Funnel top makes it very easy to fill. Dumping is another matter. If you need to dump the contents into something thinner than a pail, you'll need a funnel. With this sprayer, I found it surprisingly easy to reach high, low, and far. The spray quality is terrific. I had no leaks, nor any problems, except when trying to dump the contents (while rinsing) into another container. Also, sometimes the handle likes to unlock during unscrewing or other manipulations, but not while spraying. Seems to be a very good quality/reliable product.

Chapin 1 Gallon pump sprayer
By Pest on 03/22/2011
The reason I purchased the one gallon sprayer, was to use it for a specific chemical to kill and control roaches at problem accounts on my pest control route. The company I am employed by, even though they can get the product do not do so since the chemical is in their minds too expensive for all technicians to have full access to it. The gallon sprayer works great, and delivers the spray in an even spray in all areas even under sinks and in crack and crevices where most roaches hide.

Very pleased with sprayer
By Shelly on 06/30/2011
For the money, this is a very good little sprayer. It is sturdy, does not leak around the top, great pressure and the pressure lasts. I am not constantly having to pump. Easy to use and clean. Glad I got this one rather than one from a discount store that did not work properly to begin with (which has happened to me before with cheaper sprayers). This is worth the small investment. Long term endurance remains to be seen.

Best Little Hand-held Sprayer
By Dr. on 10/27/2011
I already have a couple of 3 gallon sprayers, but for the price I got this one so I don't have to empty and clean a sprayer before I can fill and use it! When I first unpacked it (all Plastic) I figured I made a mistake. I soon found that I really liked it, because of the lite weight, but also it sprays a perfect pattern with no splatter and waste. Best of all the 1 gallon size had only a couple of ounces left when I finished so I used the rest on a couple hot spots and it was empty! A quick rinse and finished! It's a winner!
Easy to do!

My landlord avoids having to do pest control for me, and since I've received several spider bites I decided to look into it myself. It costs more than twice as much as I paid for a professional company to come in and do what I did in 20 minutes. It's simple to use and the directional video is great. I have yet to see if the actual pesticide keeps the bugs away (that's why I can't rate this product a five yet), but anything is better than doing nothing about it.

For the backyard home gardener the Chapin 1 Gallon Pump is perfect. It's very simple to operate and refill. Spray adjustments can be changed in one second with a twist of your fingers. The handle is easy to pump and lock in place. The filled sprayer is easy to carry around the yard. When tipped over (by accident) nothing leaked....good tight seal. Big box stores charge $25 and up for similar products. I use this for weed killer, insect spray, and fertilizer for foliar feeding. Make sure to wash inside of container thoroughly before changing liquids.
