Is the spray hose detachable from the body of the Chapin Professional Sprayer?
I would like to take the spray hose off when storing the container and need to know if that is possible.

No, the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) does not have foaming capabilities, so it would not work for foam applications. You can look at using the Chapin Poly Foamer 2 Gallon (2659E).

Can the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) be used to spray diesel fuel to clean oil tanks?

We do not recommend that you use gasoline or ethanol in any sprayer because of their flash points. We did speak to the 2 manufacturers on their lines of sprayers we carry and both said that while they cannot truly recommend a sprayer for your needs because of liability issues, some professionals do …

We do not recommend that you use gasoline or ethanol in any sprayer because of their flash points. We did speak to the 2 manufacturers on their lines of sprayers we carry and both said that while they cannot truly recommend a sprayer for your needs because of liability issues, some professionals do use the Chapin 3.5 Gallon Concrete Sprayer 1949 to spray diesel fuel.
