If you are concerned about sensitive surfaces, then you can test a small inconspicuous area, or you can stick with a water-based insecticide. I would like to spray my yard for ticks and I have a chicken coop in the backyard about 30 yards off my house. Can I spray the Cyper about 40 ft off my house and let the chickens free roam the next day?ACyper TC does not have poultry facilities or housing on their their label. There are other products for ticks that can be used around poultry housing like Onslaught. Please read over Onslaught label for complete instructions.

Read Full Answer »Cyper TC does have the potential to stain certain types of exterior vinyl siding, according to the product label, but there is no application information listed for use on fabrics or leather so applications to these areas is prohibited. The label does state, "During any indoor surface application, do not allow dripping or runoff to occur. During any application to ceilings of a structure, cover surface below with plastic shielding or similar material." Please always use as directed. -

Using a metered garden sprayer to treat the perimeter around my house. What ratio of Oz per gallon should I use? I noticed for a ratio of 1, its 5.1 oz per gallon. No visible signs of termites, Its been a few years (10) since I last treated. I think its time to retreat. ThanksAFor treating above ground for termites, Cyper TC is mixed at 1.3 to 5.1 fl oz per gallon of water. Read Full Answer »Cyper TC is not labeled to be applied in a pasture. We would not recommend applying this product in a pasture where animals graze. Essentria All Purpose is one of the only products we are aware of that can be used for control of mosquitoes, flies, and other insects in grazing areas. This product is very safe to use around animals and even aquatic life. We would still recommend keeping any animals out of the treated area while you are spraying and until the product is dry, in case there is any sensitivity. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.

We do like to let our customers know there are currently no products on the market in the USA that are labeled for earthworms as they are largely beneficial creatures. There are a few known control methods that include cutting back on irrigation so that the worms will go deeper into the soil for the moisture they require to survive or fertilizing your lawn after a heavy rainfall which will eliminate some of the population.
