No, the Farnam Just One Bite II Rodenticide Bars uses the active ingredient Bromadiolone which is only effective against rodents (mice/rats) and will not kill insects.
To control ants outdoors, we would recommend using a residual insecticide like Advion WDG on the foundation, around windows, doors, under eaves, in cracks and crevices in foundations, along siding and where utilities enter the home. Using Ant Bait can be used in addition to a residual spray in landscape beds or in ant bait stations that will help eliminate the colony.
Please review our Ant Treatment Guide for information on eliminating ants both outdoors and indoors.

For an easy and convenient baiting method for situations where there may be smaller rodent activity, T1 Pre-baited Rat Bait Stations could be used aournd and under the home. These stations are weatherproof, prebaited and disposable once feeding has stopped.
For medium to heavy rodent activity where repeat baiting would be expected, we would recommend looking at one of our Rodent Baiting Kits that comes with a 4lb pail of Fastrac Blox and 6 or 12 bait stations (6 stations for rats / 12 stations for mice)
Please view our Rat and Mice Treatment Guide for more information.
It is possible that deer could be attracted to the food based ingredients in the Just One Bite though baits should not be used in areas that would be exposed to wildlife. It is not for killing hogs, only rodents.
Per the product label: Apply bait in locations out of reach of children, pets, domestic animals and nontarget wildlife, or in tamper-resistant bait stations. These stations must be resistant to destruction by dogs and by children under six years of age, and must be used in a manner that prevents such children from reaching into bait compartments and obtaining bait. If bait can be shaken from stations when they are lifted, units must be secured or otherwise immobilized. Even stronger bait stations are needed in areas open to hoofed livestock, raccoons, bears or other potentially destructive animals, or in areas prone to vandalism.
Do not apply further than 50 feet from agricultural buildings

Per the product label for RATS: While wearing gloves, apply two to eight 2-oz pieces of bar (or one entire BAR) at each placement location in infested areas. For burrow applications, insert one to two 2-oz pieces of bar at least six inches into each active burrow. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for 10 days or until fresh signs of rat activity cease to appear
