FoxFarm Happy Frog Tomato and Vegetable Fertilizer 5 - 7 - 3 is a specially formulated plant food that is designed for vigorous feeders. It features an NPK ratio of 5-7-3 with just the right balance of primary nutrients to help support the growth and development of all types of vegetables, tomato varieties, berries, and other soft fruits. It contains a special blend of premium organic ingredients such as kelp meal, fish meal, alfalfa meal, bat guano, humic acid, and more. It also has Calcium to help improve plant's disease resistance, as well as create stronger cell walls and prevent blossom end rot. It also includes Mycorrhizal fungi to help enhance root efficiency which improves water absorption and nutrient uptake. This tried and tested fertilizer will help produce bigger and juicier vegetables, tomatoes and fruits. It is OMRI listed so it is safe for organic gardening. Available in 4 lb. bag.

How to Use
NEW CONTAINER PLANTS:
Add 2 tablespoons of Happy Frog® Tomato & Vegetable Fertilizer per gallon of soil. Fill container with mixture and set plant at appropriate height. Tamp soil gently to secure plant and water thoroughly. After three to four weeks use established plant application table below.
NEW IN-GROUND PLANTINGS:
Mix 2 parts of your preferred FoxFarm soil conditioner with one part native soil. Add 1/2 cup of Happy Frog® Tomato & Vegetable Fertilizer per 5 gallons of soil mixture. Fill hole while setting plant at correct height. Tamp soil gently to secure plant. Sprinkle 1/2 cup additional fertilizer around base of plant. Gently scratch into the top one inch of soil and water thoroughly. After three to four weeks use established plant application table below.
ESTABLISHED PLANTS:
Tomatoes, Peppers 1/2 cup per plant Corn, Beans 1/2 cup per plant Leafy Vegetables 1/4 cup per plant Root Crops 1/4 cup per plant Feed monthly throughout the growing season. Lightly scratch into the top one inch of soil and water thoroughly.
NEW ROW PLANTINGS:
Till in a 3-6″ layer of your preferred FoxFarm soil conditioner to a depth of 8-12 inches. Add 2 cups Happy Frog® Tomato & Vegetable Fertilizer per 10 square feet of planting area and mix thoroughly. Set plants at correct height and water thoroughly. After three to four weeks use established plant application table below.
ESTABLISHED ROW PLANTINGS:
Tomatoes, Peppers 2 cups per 10 square feet of planting area Corn, Beans 3 cups per 10 square feet of planting area Leafy Vegetables 1-2 cups per 10 square feet of planting area Root Crops 2 cups per 10 square feet of planting area Feed monthly throughout the growing season. Lightly scratch into the top one inch of soil and water thoroughly.
