    Is Lime Sulfur Spray effective to prevent peach leaf curl if applied during the dormant season?

    Can lime-sulfur spray be used when roses are fully leafed & blooming?
    Hope to spray mulch to control/overcome blackspot. Preventing mites would be doubly helpful! If 1/2 oz/gal is used, will it cause defoliation?

    Hi-Yield Improved Lime Sulfur Spray states on the product label for summer foilage spraying: Apply 1/2 fl. oz. per gallon of water.  Apply at 10 to 15 day intervals in Growing Season for blackspot and red spider mites on roses.

    How many ounces should be put in a spray attachment to a water hose to spray tomato plants?

    Hi-Yield Improved Lime Sulfur Spray is not labeled for use on tomato plants so we do not recommend it for this use. We are not sure what pest you are treating for but we do carry a full line of products that are labeled for use on edible plants: Edible Garden Products.
