Product Overview
The Bayer Hyvar X-L Herbicide gives you a reliable residual control of severe problems caused by annual and perennial brush species. The solution is a water soluble liquid that easily mixes with water. It is administered with the use of non-aluminum spray for basal and bare ground treatment applications. Hyvar X-L is specifically made for clearing industrial sites like lumber yards, industrial, utility, fence rows, highway rights-of-way, railroads, farm storage areas and petroleum tank farms. Also, it can be enforced under ponder liners, asphalt and concrete such as median strips and highway shoulders that have been qualified as areas with better construction practices. Please note that the product must not be utilized in recreational areas or in or around homes. Hyvar X-L effectively targets weeds and grasses like dandelion, winged elm, willows, wild oats and many more.
Bayer acquired the Industrial Vegetation Management (IVM) business from DuPont in 2014.

Best results are obtained when the soil is moist at the time of application and irrigation occurs following application. Since moisture is required, signs of control may be slow to appear and may not become apparent until moisture carries the herbicide into the root zone of targeted weeds.
