The Beatles are digging down into the dirt as well as eating my plants. I would like to eliminate them. Also, I will use this on my lawn. Bonide Systemic Granules Insect Control is labeled to be used to containerize plants, roses, houseplants, and flowers. Please refer to page 5 of the product label for Application Rates for Rose Plants and for Containerized Plants by gallon size. -

Assuming the fertilizer or Fungus Control being used does not have restrictions.AIt is not recommended to apply and insecticide such as Merit 0.5 G Insecticide Granules with a fungicide, it is recommended to apply them about 1 week apart from each other.

As long as the two products of Merit and your fertilizer do not have competing labels for watering in and timing of application you should be able to apply both granule products together to the yard with no problem. Be sure to follow the most restrictive product label of the two items. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Yes, Merit 0.5 G Insecticide Granules is a great product to apply prior to egg hatching as directed for grubs. Here is a great guide on prevention and treatment of grubs that includes product recommendations.

For lawns, we recommend using Talstar P Liquid Concentrate or Talstar XTRA Granules to control armyworms.
