The mixing ratio listed on the Mineiro 2F Insecticide label for ornamental shrubs is 1.6 fluid ounces per 100 gallons of water.
I’m treating ornamental shrubs for lace bugs. How much per gallon?

A

Mineiro 2F Insecticide states to use 1.5 oz (45ml) per 100 gallons; that would break down to .015 oz (.45ml) per gallon for the control of lace bugs

Can you spray Mineiro 2F Insecticide again for a 2nd time after 5 days in first week of August?
Spray my lawn with this product. Can I spray again 2nd time to make sure I got rid of grubs?

Applications with residual grub control products like Mineiro 2F Insecticide are usually only applied once or twice per summer season and each treatment will last for a couple of months. If applied correctly and watered in within 24 hours to insure the product reaches the soil and below the thatch, then a second application should not be made. You would definitely not reapply this product after 5 days. If you have a heavy grub problem currently damaging the lawn you need to use a contact kill insecticide like Dylox granules or liquid to treat the actively feeding grubs. Mineiro contains imidacloprid which is not a contact kill and is a slower absorbing product that is used more for prevention of grubs and takes time to eliminate the current population.

Water is just the carrier and is not set as it can vary from person to person with the equipment used and walking speed but should be at least 1-2 gallons per 1000 sqft. Check physical compatibility using the correct proportion of products in a small jar test if local experience is unavailable. Do not apply through any irrigation system. A surfactant is not required.

Mineiro 2F targets grubs, aphids, beetles, whiteflies, billbugs, chinch bugs, cutworms, emerald ash borers, mole crickets, and more. It is not labeled for general pests like ants. Please review the product label for the complete list of target pests it controls.

How do I mix Mineiro 2F to treat Agave Snout Nosed Beetles?

Mineiro 2F Insecticide is not labeled specifically for the Agave Snout Nosed Beetle. However, on page 7 of the product label it states to use .46-.6 oz per gallon as a foliar application to treat a variety of beetles on ornamentals
