Same chemical and ratio as Termidor. Available in a big 78oz bottle and much less expensive. I'll also add that DoMyOwn was very helpful and quickly answered all my questions.

Terminix wanted $3000 to treat and bait my home. I was able to do it myself for less than $200. Thank you DoMyOwn! This product was easy to mix and apply around my home. I used a deck sprayer to spray under my porch slab (after drilling a few holes) and along the foundation.

Chose this based on the price. Despite being a "generic" option, it did the job -- presumably as well as the original.

I've never had a product do as well as Navigator has done on my ant problem. One application and not one pest in sight. Zero. I was so impressed I went to my neighbor's home down the street that has battled carpenter ants for years. Two applications and not a ant to be found on their property. Fantastic on all types of pests. I'm sold on Navigator SC. Great product, great results!

IVe used this product before and it works like magic, really. I had a pesticide license at one time so I'm not a beginner when it comes to chemicals. Once a year treatment works for me.

I purchased this product because it says it's good for paver ants when I received it, I had to wait due to a week of rain we had a few days that was not windy, or raining finally my husband followed the directions and apply the product it has helped so much with the paver ants. highly recommend

I purchased because the pest control company changed technicians and he didn't show. When I called company, I got excuses and he still didn't show. After waiting half the summer, I decided to do it myself! Super concentrated, built in measuring pod, and simple to follow directions. I was treating for carpenter ants. All I needed was a pressure sprayer and water. I'm saving over $300.00 a year!!

I've used this before, it's great for ant infestations. About 24 hours after spraying you'll see dead ants everywhere, and it keeps working for at least 6 months. Shipping from DoMyOwn was good, it was sent out pretty quickly and I received the package without any issues

Now a little complex to figure out the measuring part of the bottle the first time, but results were WELL worth it... REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A CONTACT KILLER! But wow - I'd say 3-5 days and "not an ant to be found...." It was highly effective for me with the situation I had (ants outside somehow getting into the house, never could really figure out where their entrance point was...) It didn't seem to bother any plants in the beds around my house (but read the instructions/warnings for yourself...)

I applied this product outside of my house and haven't seen black ants since. Applied 1.5 weeks ago. Does not wash away in the rain. Per MSDS ... NOT FOR INSIDE OF HOME.

A few cc's injected with syringe between wallboard joint at ceiling stopped the colony within minutes. Far exceeded expectations.

Dug the trench. Mixed using the handy measure on the bottle. The only complaint I have is it should be written in much bigger letters to shake well before before you start. I used five gallon buckets to mix. Measured four gallons with a gallon jug and marked the sides of the bucket. Spent more time walking back and forth. It worked well.

Have not used product yet but had a problem with delivery and company quickly responded and immediatly addressed and fixed the problem even tho it was not their mistake. Excellent company and willuse tthem again. Highly recommend them

Success killing off colonies under a paver patio. Drench application after lifting the pavers. Rapid kill with no return. So short term it worked well. No clue about long term reinvasions but hopeful.
