New York Roach Control Kit Rotation C is ideal for rotation treatment for roaches in apartments, houses, offices, or similar small treatment areas. This kit contains the chemical products we recommend using after inspecting the area and using prevention measures such as proper sanitation, elimination of food and water sources, and harborage elimination. Using these techniques together is crucial for successful roach treatment. Our Roach Control Kits include Catchmaster 100i Insect Monitor glue boards to help monitor your infestation and treatment. Advion Roach Bait Gel has an attractive bait matrix and the unique active ingredient Indoxacarb to kill up to three generations of roaches in a single feeding. Gentrol Point Source Stations contain the Insect Growth Regulator hydroprene, which interrupts development and reproduction. Zenprox EC is a non-repellent insecticide concentrate that quickly kills for fast control of an infestation. One plastic plunger is included per order, not per tube
*To apply Advion Roach Bait Gel, removing the closed blue tip by gently unscrewing it, then replace it with one of the included reuseable open tips. Use the provided plastic plunger or a bait gun to dispense the gel.
*Apply small bait placements approximately ¼ inch in diameter directly to cracks and crevices where roaches are most likely to encounter it. Ideal bait placements include:
Behind kitchen cabinets and counter tops.
Behind wall hangings such as pictures, clocks, or posters
Behind, next to, and under the stove.
In the corners up under the sink and other cabinets.
In stored paper bags and boxes.
Around pipes, cords, and cables that come out of the wall.
Behind and under bathroom fixtures.
Behind the medicine cabinet and vanity.
In any cracks or crevices around shelves or wood
in corners and under railing in and on drawers.
*Do not apply bait in spots where you have used or plan to use insecticide sprays.
*Smaller, more frequent bait placements are better accepted than fewer, larger placements.
*For heavy infestations, apply 3 to 5 spots of bait per 10 linear feet.
*For light to moderate infestations, apply 1 to 3 spots of bait per 10 linear feet.
*After application, replace the open tip with the closed tip to keep bait fresh, and store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children or pets.
*Reapply bait every 2-3 weeks or when placements appear to be gone.
*Roaches will die from direct consumption of the bait or from contact with roaches or feces of roaches that have consumed the bait.
*Do not activate Gentrol Point Source Stations until you are ready to use them. To activate a station, press firmly on the pouch located on the side of the device until you hear a snap or pop to indicate the capsule has been opened.
*Place the station in any orientation (vertical or horizontal) in areas where roach activity has been found. Ideal point source placements include:
In and around kitchen or bathroom cabinets.
Inside closets or pantries.
Near refrigerators or other appliances.
*Each station treats up to 75 square feet for 90 days from activation. For areas larger than 75 square feet, use multiple stations.
*For convenient follow up, you can mark the month when a station has been activated with a pen directly on the station.
*For vertical placements, remove the paper backing to expose the sticky surface on the back of the station and press firmly onto a clean surface.
*The active ingredient will move from the station throughout the treatment area, so roaches do not have to come into direct contact with the station in order to pick up the active ingredient.
*Do not apply baits, sprays, or other insecticides directly onto the stations, although these may be used in the same areas.
*Use 2 ounces of Zenprox EC Insecticide (1 bottle) per gallon of water for your first application, and 1 ounce per gallon of water (half a bottle) for follow-up treatments, if needed.
*To mix the Zenprox EC: Shake concentrate well before diluting. Fill spray tank 1/3 - 1/2 with water, add appropriate amount of Zenprox EC, then finish filling the tank. Shake or agitate the mixture before spraying.
*If diluted spray is stored overnight, agitate before using. Only dilute what you plan to use within 24 hours of mixing.
*Apply Zenprox EC Insecticide as a spot or crack and crevice treatment where roaches have been seen or can find shelter or entry. Application sites may include:
Entry points such as around doors, windows, and water pipes.
Areas where roaches travel such as baseboards and corners.
Areas where roaches hide such as behind or under refrigerators, stoves, and sinks.
*Do not apply on top of bait placements or where bait placements may be made. As a general rule, spray low, and bait high.
*Keep pets and children out of the treatment area until the spray is dry.
*Do not spray food handling surfaces or in ways in which food or utensils may be contaminated with the spray.
*Repeat applications as needed, but do not reapply more than once every 7 days.
STEP 4: Be Patient
*Complete roach control may take from a few weeks up to six months, depending on the size of the population and your diligence with good sanitation practices. Large populations do not appear overnight, so they will not be eliminated overnight.
Separate each card along the perforated lines to create three smaller boards from each larger card. This will create a total of 12 monitors from the 4 larger cards.
Fold each trap gently to create a right triangle shape. Remove the adhesive covering on the angled top tab, then firmly press the logoed panel to the adhesive, creating a secure triangle trap with three openings.
Carefully remove the interior paper to expose the glue surface inside the trap.
Place glue traps in areas where you have found roaches to hide, travel, or breed, such as in and under cabinets, behind toilets, under appliances, and in corners. If desired, remove the cover sheet on the bottom of each trap to expose the adhesive. Press firmly to a clean, dry surface to secure traps in place.
Monitor traps weekly to check your progress.
Replace traps if full of roaches, dust, or other debris.
*Reapply products according to the instructions above until the roaches are eliminated.
This stuff is amazing i had to buy 3 packs only because the neighbors didn't use theirs properly at first (i bought the baits for the 2 apartments) but once they did the roaches were gone and haven't been back it has been 3 months now and not a single roach has been seen by neither us nor the neighbors downstairs... so glad to be rid of them... just put it in any nook crack or crevice you can find under and behind book shelves, behind stoves behind and under the fridges any place in the stove that doesn't get warm or come in contact with food, by plug outlets and under and inside drawers etc.. it will work for you too (also keep the house clean except don't clean up the dead roaches for a few days) ..gross i know but the roaches eat other dead roaches and they get poisoned by doing so and makes the bait work longer and leave the extra bait where you put it until all roaches are dead then clean it up.. you will be pest free in no time..so worth the money.
Used at my mother house have not seen a roach in months they died off instantly after application. Gave some to a friend to try in one of NYC housing apartments and it work for a good 3 months before he noticed them slowly returning. I am ordering more for my Aunty who is tired of complaining to her landlord and getting no results.
A friend of mine recommended DoMyOwn to me. After contacting the company, I was advised to purchase the New York Kit C. I used the products immediately to treat a severe roach infestation in an apartment I had just moved into. Within a few days I saw a huge decrease in roach activity. I was advised by technicians at DoMyOwn that depending on how bad the problem is, it could take a little time to completely destroy all of the roach colonies. I highly recommend using DoMyOwn products as opposed to the over the counter roach sprays or powders which do not address the root of the problem.
I am so grateful I found this product. I live in an apartment building that is pretty much infested with roaches, I've was doing pretty good keeping them out of mine, but then they started showing up, like 10 a day. I purchased this, put all the disks in my apt and in hallway, used the bait and spray at the beginning of January, within a week and a half, GONE, started finding dead ones. This stuff is amazing. Thank you so much, I will continue to be a valued customer.
How long are the products in the New York Roach Control Kit Rotation C effective after application?
I applied the bait in the places where there is evidence of roach activity. The bait dried out in 2 weeks. It began falling off the surfaces I applied it to. Is this hard material still effective...and for how long? I've seen roaches return slowly after a month.
We would recommend replacing bait, if needed, after 2-4 weeks. You should continue to use the products in the Roach Control Kit as long as you continue to see roach activity.
