    Can the Nuvan ProStrips be used to treat a recliner?
    I have steamed and used Permicide on the recliner. Now, I would like to wrap it and use the Nuvan.

    Are there any pests that are resistant to Nuvan ProStrips?

    We are not aware of any pest resistant to Nuvan ProStrips . You may need to leave the items completely sealed up for at least two weeks for complete kill.

    Will Nuvan ProStrips kill drywood termites?
    If I put a bunch of Nuvan Stripes in my mobile home an close it up for 10 days will it take care of Drywood termites?

    Nuvan ProStrips is not labelled for drywood termites and would not be an effective method of treatment.     Can Nuvan ProStrips be placed in a camper?
    We have a possible bed bug situation in our camper and want to treat it over the off season. Our trailer is 156 sq feet.

    Yes, Nuvan ProStrips are labeled for use in RV’s.  Use one strip per 100-200 cubic foot of enclosed area.

    There are way too many boxes to put a strip in each one.

    Can Nuvan Pro Strips be used in a bag with new, sealed food packages?
    After airing out the bags of food (tea and candy, new and sealed inside their packaging) is it ok to eat or should it be thrown away?

    Why do you say two weeks is required to treat for bed bugswith Nuvan Strips, but the label says 7 days to kill eggs?
    A

    Per training with the manufacturer the recommended time to keep items sealed with Nuvan ProStrips is 2 weeks to be sure every stage is killed that could be in the containers.

    Would it be safe to wear shoes treated for 4 months with Nuvan ProStrips?

    It should be fine to wear shoes that were treated with Nuvan ProStrips.  Just air out for an hour or so and inspect to ensure nothing is in them.

    Are Nuvan strips safe to use in a drop ceiling in a room where people sleep?
    We have a semi-finished basement with a guest bedroom and bathroom, and the basement has a drop ceiling with standard acoustic tiles. We keep the humidity very low and we keep the rooms clean, but spiders keep turning up. Is it safe to use Nuvan Strips in the ceiling above the tiles? I'm concerned that the vapor might seep into the bedroom, as the tiles only rest loosely on the frame and they are not sealed.

    No, Nuvan ProStrips should not be used in an area where people would sleep at all.  The room would need to be completely unused for at least 2 weeks if you use in the ceiling to kill anything in there.

    Can you put Nuvan ProStrips in your car?
    Can you put these in your car and still occupy it with out any harm to you or your pets ?
    A

    You would have to seal up the car and not use it for at least 2 weeks to be able to use the Nuvan ProStrips.  They would not be effective if you are constantly opening and closing the doors, and you cannot stay in the car while they are being left inside.

    How many days until the Nuvan ProStrips works?

    Can you use the Nuvan strips outside like on a lanai???
    A

    The Nuvan ProStrips are intended to be used in an enclosed area since they basically release a vapor.  So outside they would not work as well because there is too much air to mix with.  Nuvan ProStrips work the best in a closet, or closed boxes or containers.

    You can put the Nuvan strip in a box spring, however you want to make sure the box spring is not occupied. You want to leave the strip in the box spring sealed up for at least 1-2 weeks.
