Couldn't find them at the box stores

These were discontinued at Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards. Why is beyond me, they work great in the wooden boxes. Saves wear and tear, and stays moist longer.

Pennington Window Box Liner Plastic Black contain two holes that can be pushed out for draining. Please keep in mind that the "sealed" holes are not air tight and water could leak out.
