Is the Mantis 1x2 Fly Light cleared for commercial kitchens?
I am in central Texas at a Christian Camp and we have a real fly problem every summer.

Yes, the Mantis 1 x 2 Fly light is permissible to use in food handling areas since it catches flies on glue boards and does not electrocute them. Easy clean up and no fly parts.

Can this trap be used to catch larder beetles ? If so, can it be placed in an unfinished basement ?

Larder beetles generally feed on meat and various food sources. They would not be attracted to a fly light. We would recommend disgarding all the food that has been infested.
