I am using on established bermuda in Oklahoma. I am wondering if i can use 2lb/A on one app safely to get a longer duration of control or is it better to split it up in 2 applications?

How do I convert the granular weight of Prodiamine 65 WDG to the equivalent volume?
For example, the maximum annual application for my lawn is 0.55 oz. How many teaspoons or tablespoons is that?

Prodiamine 65 WDG is a water dispersible granule and will not work well in a hose end sprayer. We recommend you use this product in a hand pump sprayer or a back sprayer. You can tank mix with a fertilizer like the CoRon 18-3-6 Plus 0.5% Iron as long as each rate on the product labels are followed. The first thing you need to know when using an herbicide such as Prodiamine 65 WDG is that the exact amount of water you dilute it with is not important. It is only important to make sure you are using the correct amount of product per 1,000 sq ft of lawn. Use too much and you risk damaging your lawn, use too little and you will not get adequate results. You will need to use 0.185-0.55 oz per 1,000 sq ft depending on your lawn type and length of desired control. To decide how much water you want to use, you should mark a 1,000 sq ft area, fill your sprayer with water ONLY, and start walking and spraying just as if you were doing the actual application of herbicide. When you are done walking and spraying the 1,000 sq ft area note how much water it took you to spray that area, and that is the amount you will want to mix 0.185-.055 oz of product with for each 1,000 sq ft area that needs to be treated. Please refer the Prodiamine label to be sure of how much you will use.

A concern with your question is that you mention you will be reseeding your lawn, in which case you cannot apply the Prodiamine (or most other pre-emergents) before you seed the lawn. The Prodiamine will prevent your new seed from germinating. So you would either need to seed first and then wait until the new lawn is established (mowed at least twice) before you apply Prodiamine, or you need to wait several months after applying the Prodiamine before you put down new seed.

You could mix a post-emergent herbicide or different pre-emergent herbicide with Prodiamine 65 WDG as long as the use sites are compatible, you are not using the same active ingredient in multiple products, and you calibrate the products to be used together. Any time you are mixing products together for the first time, it is recommend to perform a small test mixture first to ensure compatability. Keep in mind that post-emergent control (killing existing weeds) will be most effective when the weeds (in this case, dandelion) are young and actively growing. Another option would be to use a different pre-emergent, such as Dimension 2EW, which also lists Dandelion on the label. We would need to know more information about your situation in order to recommend a post-emergent product for dandelion, such as where you want to use it (turf, ornamentals, etc.) and how much area you have to cover.

Prodiamine 65 WDG comes in a jug as shown on our site. This is a water dispersible granule you measure out dry and mix with water to spray. The only Prodiamine that should come in bags would be graular versions to be applied with a spreader.
