Read Full Answer »It can take several weeks for a rodent body to decompose completely after it dies from ingesting Ramik Bars. It can depend on the size of the rodent. That is why we do not recommend baiting inside homes.  For rodents inside it is best to use snap traps and glueboards so you can control where they are going to die.  You should also seal up all cracks and crevices outside that are allowing them access to inside.  Using tamper resistant bait stations with a rodenticide outside would also help if they are coming and going. We just opened up the skirting around the bottom of the home and dropped the bars on the ground at each end and then closed up the skirting.ARamik Bars are required by law to be used in tamper resistant bait stations when used outside.

Yes, you will want to remove the Ramik Bars Rodenticide from the packaging & place them inside a rodent bait station. Make sure you wear gloves when handling the bait as your scent may detour rodents from it.Â
