I've seen grass growing is areas that's usually just weeds.
Safer Lawn Restore Fertilizer contains Nitrogen and Soluble Potash. If you will be seeding at the same time, Safer Lawn Restore Fertilizer needs to be applied and worked into topsoil prior to seeding.
