The small amount of active a mosquito ingests from the Spartan Mosquito Eradicator will not harm birds if they were to then eat those mosquitoes.
The Spartan Mosquito Eradicator does not contain a fungicide, but rather a proprietary ingredient that when mixed with warm water draws mosquitoes in and inhibits them from breeding and kills them.Â

Spartan Mosquito Eradicator would not be used for gnats.  Onslaught Insecticide is labeled for gnats. You can use it both indoors and outdoors. It offers a 30 day residual inside and 90 days residual outside. You will apply at a rate of 1 oz per gallon of water.Â
