Alligare Triclopyr 4 is an oil-soluble herbicide that controls unwanted woody plants and perennial and annual broadleaf weeds. The active ingredient triclopyr is highly effective in controlling difficult weeds like Canada thistle, gallberry, salt cedar, and wax myrtle. It may be applied through ground or aerial applications. This powerful selective herbicide is specially formulated to easily dilute with water or to be used as an oil-water emulsion. It has less impact on grasses and can be used as foliar and basal treatments. Ideal for use on rangeland, forests, grass pastures, industrial manufacturing and storage sites, fence rows, rights-of-way, ornamental turf, non-crop areas around the farm, grazing areas and establishment, and maintenance of wildlife openings. Ideal for restoring pastures and a solution to seasonably dry wetlands. Compare to Garlon 4 or Remedy.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Spray Volume Per Acre
Mixing Directions: Apply Alligare Triclopyr 4 foliarly by diluting with water or as an oil-water emulsion. NOTE: An oil-water emulsion performs more dependably under a broader range of conditions than a straight water dilution for woody plant control and is recommended for aerial applications.
Oil-Water Emulsions NOTE: Prior to preparing oil-water emulsion sprays in the mixing tank, conduct a jar test to check spray mix compatibility.
Prepare the oil-water emulsion using diesel fuel, fuel oil, or kerosene plus an emulsifier such as Sponto 712 or Triton X-100.
