Full Application Instructions: Shake Aprehend thoroughly before use. Remove bedding such as sheets, pillows, blankets, and comforters and launder in ≥120°F water or in a dryer at high heat for one hour.
Applications MUST be made with a low volume, low pressure spray applicator. Hold the applicator close to the surface and spray a continuous 2-inch barrier at approximately one foot per second. Treated surfaces remain effective for up to 3 months. Apply continuous barriers around all potential bed bug harborages: bed frames, box springs, headboards, wall crevices, picture frames, door jambs, moldings, window ledges, drapery rods, blinds, closet shelving, and furniture. Do not spray electrical outlets. Do not apply to mattresses, pillows, or where prolonged human contact will occur.
- Bed Frames: Apply a 2-inch barrier around the outer and inner frame, ensuring cracks, joints, and screw holes are treated.
- Headboards: Treat the rear surface with a complete perimeter barrier. Ensure cracks and joints are covered.
- Box Springs: Apply a barrier around the top and bottom edges; treat interior side walls if no dust cover is present.
- Picture Frames: Remove and apply a barrier around the back perimeter.
- Bedrooms: Treat baseboards and all furniture edges after moving items away from walls.
- Chairs and Couches: Apply a continuous barrier under cushions and along the frame, including cracks and joints. Avoid direct contact areas and silk fabrics.
- Offices: Treat undersides of desks, chairs, shelving, and baseboards. Remove clutter before treatment.
For perimeter and furniture treatments in theatres, buses, trains, airplane cabins, or boat cabins, follow the same instructions as for bedrooms and offices.
To prevent infestation establishment in high-risk sites such as hotels and motels, reapply every 3 months for continuous protection.
