    Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate is mixed at 1/2 tsp to 1 oz per gallon of water (3 gallons will treat 1,000 sq. ft.). Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.

    As long as you keep pets/children out of the area while you treat and until the Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate has had time to completely dry and it is applied as directed on the product label it is safe for pets and people to return and resume normal activity.

    How long is Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate effective when it's outside of the weather?

    Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate applications can last 30 days outside.  If you are referring to shelf life it is about 3 years if kept out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

    Can I use INSIDE my slab foundtion garage/studio?
    I have a garage I have drywalled an use as a art studio, I have cut away expose 2" of the wood framing up front cement floor. the building is not exposed from 3 sides, so I cannot spray the outside perimeter. I can see evidence of wood eating pests -Will this small area application even kill what I need to kill if I do it this way. Will the application inside the building be dangerous to me and my dogs.

    I have a new yard with 1 year old grass and several hundred new lilac and polpar trees. Can I spray my lawn and trees to kill off mosquitoes and other bugs? Mosquitoes are horrendous and some unknown unseen bug is eating my tree leaves.

    Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate can be used to treat Mosquitoes and other insects out in the lawn. Mix two Tbsp per gallon water, per the product label.
