Yes, Conquer Liquid Insecticide is highly toxic to bees. If you are looking for something that would not harm bees you could use Mavrik Peirmeter as an alternative.
According to the Conquer Insecticide label, TO KILL EXPOSED/SWARMING TERMITES: Use two (2) fluid ounces of CONQUER Concentrate per one (1) gallon (15.9mls/L) of water and apply as a coarse, wetting spray where swarming termites are seen emerging from wood piles, wooden fence posts, wooden structures, or from the ground. This treatment will control the sprayed termites and will not protect the structure from which the swarm is coming. Use only as a contact spray to kill emerging reproductive (winged) and worker termites emerging from infested wood.
For longer control, please look at the Taurus. The Taurus provides best-in-class control of termites, ants and a wide variety of other insect pests including spiders, roaches, ticks and many more. It is labeled to treat for subterranean, arboreal, drywood, and dampwood termites. Taurus SC is a non-repellent insecticide that is undetectable to target pests, allowing them touch, ingest and spread the insecticide throughout the entire colony. For termites, Taurus SC will eliminate termite colonies in less than 90 days on average, and ant infestations can be controlled in just a few weeks. Please see our Subterranean Termite Treatment Guide and Drywod Termite Treatment Guide for more details.
You would use 1 oz of Conquer Liquid Insecticide per gallon of water along with 1 oz of Archer IGR as well over 1000 sq. feet. Archer IGR is made for outdoor flea control and holds up well in the sunlight. Please read the product labels for each full instructions before use.
Conquer will kill the roaches and other insects that contact a treated surface but should not be the only product used to effectively eliminate an infestation. We would recommend one of our roach control kits. You can see the kits by clicking on the link here. We also have a great article for eliminating German Roaches here.
You can mix Archer IGR and Conquer Liquid Insecticide, both at a rate of 1 oz each into 1 gallon of water.
You would mix 1-2 oz of Conquer and 3-8 ml of Nyguard IGR per gallon of water to cover 1000 sq ft inside for fleas. You would use the higher rates for heavy infestations and initial applications, and use the lower for follow-up and maintanence as needed.
The mixing ratio for Conquer Insecticide is 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water. According to the label, this product can be used for the contact kill of fire ants, however, it is recommended that you use a product that is specifically labeled for fire ants in conjunction as well.
We would recommend checking out our Fire Ant Guide for tips on how to treat and prevent fire ants.

Yes, you can mix Archer IGR with Conquer Liquid Insecticide. The Archer IGR is an insect growth regulator and can be mixed with most insecticides to stop the insects reproduction cycle.
Conquer Liquid Insecticide is labeled for treating spiders. For more information on treating spiders, please take a few moments to review our article on How to Get Rid of Spiders for a successful eradication program.
There really is no valid reason to tank mix Conquer Liquid Insecticide with another insecticide such as Zenprox EC as they are both residual insecticides. Too much insecticide in an area can make insects avoid it and then neither can do their job. If you are wanting to add something to Conquer to get a faster initial knockdown during application you would use something like ExciteR.
