Can Over the Top weed/grass killer be used on Sedum?
What plants & grasses should Over the Top NOT be used on?

Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer actually lists the tolerable plants on the product label. While it may be able to be used on others, it would be best to test on a small area to be sure there is no injury.

Does Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer work on Buffalo grass?
We have a native grass here called Buffalo grass. Very hard to kill; you have to pull it up time and again. Hoping this product will take out Buffalo grass!

Fertilome Over the Top II Weed Killer will harm zoysia, though, it is not specifically labeled to control it. This product is designed to kill grass and grassy weeds. The product label states, "Most ornamental species tested have been found tolerant to this product (see Tolerant Plants list). However, use with caution around the following plants as they may be damaged if spray contacts foliage: Azaleas (var. Snow), Japanese Privet, Potentilla, Snow in Summer, Red Oak and White Oak and ornamental grass." Cedar is tolerable of this product. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.

No, Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer is not labeled for morning glory (field bindweed). The safest thing in a vegetable garden area would be spot-treating with RoundUp QuickPro and/or hand-pulling the weeds when young and actively growing.

There are several products you can use for the grassy weeds in the liriope, such as Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer or Bonide Grass Beater:

Depending on what kind of broadleaf weeds you have and what kind of liriope it is, you may be able to use Image Kills Nutsedge as well:

One other option is Basagran T&O. This has several kinds of liriope/lilyturf on the label, but the list of target weeds is fairly small as well.
