Product Overview
Planview SC is a uniquely formulated non-selective herbicide that eliminates unwanted plants in locations where bare ground is preferred. It provides broad-spectrum and long-lasting control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and grasses including crabgrass, goosegrass, barnyardgrass, Johnsongrass, bindweed, marestail, spurge, and thistle (see label for complete list). Its broad spectrum post emergent control helps reduce the need for glyphosate, and the three modes of action prevent weed resistance. Plainview SC provides long term weed control with low active ingredient rates. Recommended for use in terrestrial non-crop areas such as railroads, solar farms, lumber yards, industrial areas, highway rights of way, airports, tank farms, storage areas, and manufacturing sites.

This product is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates, and plants. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present orto intertidal areas below the mean high watermark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment rinsate or washwater. Thisproduct may enter water through spray drift or runoff.
Surface Water Advisory
This pesticide may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rainwater. This is especially true for poorly draining soils with shallowground water. This product is classified as having high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several months or more after application.
Ground Water AdvisoryThis pesticide has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in ground water. This chemical may leach into groundwater if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Store product in original container only. Store in a cool, dry place. Waste resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Clean container promptly after emptying the contents from this container into application equipment or mix tank and before final disposal using the following pressure rinsing procedure.

Read Full Answer »Per the Plainview SC Herbicide label , "DO NOT plant treated sites for at least two years after application if they are to be converted to a food, feed, or fiber agricultural crop, or to a horticultural crop. A field bioassay must then be completed before planting the desired crop. See "Field Bioassay" Section of the label.
