I ordered 5 bottles of 78oz bottles of taurus sc, and didn't realize they would be sent in 2 shipments. This was stated plainly in the confirmation email i recieved after i ordered it, but i just didn't notice it. I emailed them after i only received 4 of the 5 bottles to see what happened, and i didn't expect a response from them for a few days. But to my surprise, i was contacted within an hour. They very politely told me that it was being shipped in 2 sperate shipments, and apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was my mistake. I highly recommend this company. They sell a great product, and have excellent customer service.

At the start of the summer I used product around the perimeter of my house and on both sides of my long driveway. I've always had lots of ant hills or mounds up and down my driveway where the asphalt meets the lawn. Also many ants around the outside of the house. Which usually ended up with some of them showing up inside. Anyway...WOW. I haven't seen one ant all summer. Well maybe one. This stuff is great. It works. Just now getting some box elder bugs, have trouble with these too, hoping Taurus has the same effect on them. Living in the country is nice but it's a little bugie.

I confirmed with Termix and Orkin that the main chemical used in their treatment is the same in Taurus SC. It took a day of work around the house to treat the surroundings. It saved me over $1400. This vendor (Do My Own) offered competitive pricing, prompt shipping, and we had no issues ordering or receiving the item. We did research and found the leading recommendation for termite treatment was Taurus SC Termiticide. We researched how to treat (trench around the house, etc.) then called a local pest controller for an estimate. They wanted $2000. We were able to dig the trenches ourselves and treat as needed (all inclusive) for under $500! We are remodeling an entire house and if the need arises when we tear out drywall in another room we will not only use this pesticide but will use this vendor.

So Easy

Just mix it pour it and you're done. The most difficult part of course is the digging of the trench but after that its much easier than many of the other products i looked at for this project. Good people and good products at good prices. I'll come back to domyown for any similar projects i face.

I purchased this product this past summer when I started replacing the floor in one end of my home and I wanted to treat it before replacing the floor joists. I used the product for that purpose and it appears to be working, only time will tell. While I was using the product, I decided to spray around my entire home. While spraying the north end of the residence I sprayed an area where I have had a problem with red wasps for the last several years. After one spraying, the wasp are gone and haven't came back this year. If it will do that on wasp, I have no doubt that it will work well on termites.

Had been fighting off sugar ants for about four weeks using bait inside. They kept coming so I bought this and as per directions applied outside my house. All ants gone. Found out that a lot of pest control companies including the one I hired over the last six years don't use this quality product. Cancelled my pest control and am doing applications myself. Would highly recommend this product.

I haven't used it yet but I am confident it will work. No problems ordering it but was delivered to wrong address and left outside. The house it was left at is not occupied but only visited from time to time so it was around 3 weeks before the people brought it to me. Very odd since I have deliveries quite often. None of that is the fault of the companies fault but rather the delivery company. Great price on product and will be ordering again as well as I have some friends that will be ordering too.

Product was received promptly and the video made the application easy. The instruction sheets fail to give a ratio for mixing the product. It talks of a 6 or 12 percent solution which for a do it yourself person, you have to get the calculator out and hope you got it right. The video says the 78 oz bottle will treat over 200 lineal feet but to wipe out an infestation, it's more like 80 to 90 feet

Taurus or Termidor are excellent for termites

I'm a 5'2" gal who used this product 12 years ago around my townhome and it wasn't too hard to apply and it worked wonderfully. I'm going to have it done again...just this time will pay my handyman to do the digging. It's a great product and far cheaper to DIY rather than pay a company to do it for you.

It took a long time to apply/ digging/ mixing/ pouring replacing soil and spraying soil but it has been four days of no rain so I hope this works against termites for at least seven years!!!! It may rain tonight so do You think It will wash away?!???
