Per the manufacturer of Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide, it is recommended that you wait at least two years before replanting anything in the area.
The Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide is not labeled to control kudzu so we would not recommend using it. Instead a product like BK-32 or Crossbow Herbicide would be a much more effective approach to control.

There are instructions on the product label for injecting into the tree, frill or girdle treatment, or treating the cut stump after cutting the tree down (which is usually what is recommended).
For most applications, Tordon RTU can be used in any season. Keep in mind that this product is only for use on listed woody plants and absolutely should not be used in residential areas or near any desirable trees or shrubs. Please refer to the product label for complete directions.
The RTU in Tordon RTU stands for Ready To Use. It should not be diluted with water.
