You can use BP-100 full strength (what we recommend) or at the 1:1 BP-100/mineral oil and you should apply 4 oz of the solution per acre to control gnats.

ULD BP-100 contains pyrethrins which is toxic to aquatic animals and cannot be used around the water but can be used in California. The only products we carry that can be used around water due to being non-toxic to aquatic life are the EcoVia EC and Essentria IC3.
