Varied Carpet Beetle Traps (10 pack) are easy to use, non toxic traps that contain pheromones used to lure carpet beetles and rid them from your home. Carpet beetles and larvae will eat anything in your house from organic materials from cloth fibers to human food. The pheromone in the traps last for 6 weeks and are pesticide free, allowing children and pets to be around.
These traps should be used for monitoring purposes only and should not be used as the sole method of treatment if carpet beetles are present. If activity is detected, proper sanitation and treatment is required to fully eradicate the infestation. I know we have varied carpet beetles, I've seen them but never in these incredibly expensive traps.

Thank you for your comments! We are sorry that you have not seen the results you desired from the traps you received. These traps are designed to attract the adult carpet beetles when using the included lures. You may have difficulty catching adults if you are near the end of an infestation and are seeing mostly only the larvae. Please let us know if you have further questions.
