Product Overview

The Vectorfog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine has been specially designed for the applying oil based and water solutions. The H200SF has a nozzle that was specially designed for superior dispersal along with an exceptional Dual-Point inlet technology. This adaptable fogger machine will allow someone to handle any task, from animal health disinfection and plant protection, along with the control of vector carriers of diseases and pests. The H200SF model fogger has been manufactured using high quality stainless steel, providing the owner with years of performance and durability.

The VectorFog fogging equipment is used primarily for the application of biocides, disinfectants, pesticides and fungicides. VectorFog foggers create a mist or fog that forms an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) droplet that is between 5-30 microns in length. Studies have revealed that these sizes of droplets are perfect to handle vector carriers of diseases, pathogens, and pests. Also, solutions may be applied in concentrations of 10-90%, and with flow rates of over 13.2 gallons per hour (GPH) (50 LPH) making them more efficient foggers. The H200SF has a fuel tank capacity of 1.2 quarts (1.2 L) with a fuel consumption rate of 1.2 quarts per hour.

SF Technology

The SF thermal foggers are designed for the application of water or oil based solutions. VectorFog SF unique and patented Dual-Point inlet technology, these foggers are one of the most versatile and durrable foggers in the market today. Simply turn a valve to switch between water and oil based fogging. For 2014 the SF Series foggers will also come with additional options including a manual start only, auto start (standard), and dual start. A materials option will also be available for 2014, including an all stainless steel option for applying more corrosive chemicals.

DOD Test

For 2014 the H200SF was tested by the US Navy Entomology Center to evaluate the droplet size of the VectorFog SF Series machines in the Volume Medium Diameter (VMD) spectrum. Using a laser diffraction spectral analyser usder DV 0.5 conditions, the VectorFog H200SF showed to perform considerably better than Chinese brands, and slightly better than brands from Germany. These SF Series foggers also came on top in the water fogging test, achieving the smallest droplet size of all the thermal foggers ever tested by the DOD.

    VectorFog H200SF

    By Craig on 11/18/2015

Be prepared to tighten all the fittings. Every nut and bolt was loose on the fogger Terrible quality control for assembly. The fogger will not start on the first try, be prepared to spend about 15 minutes repeating the start procedure, I think it takes that long to purge all the air from the fuel system. The fogger is loud so wear ear protection. The fogger will put out large amounts of fog once it runs. So far the unit works as advertised. I couldn't give it more than 3 stars because of the assembly issues.

Q
The VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine keeps catching fire every time I use it. What am I doing wrong?
A

According to Vector Fog, if the fuel mixture is too rich that is being used in the H200SF Thermal Fog Machine this can cause the fuel to burn fast and then fire comes out of the nozzle. To fix this issue, they recommend shutting down the fuel valve by following these steps below. You may also contact Vector Fog directly at 1-844-780-6711 for addtional troubleshooting and assistance.

1. Push START button and hold

2. Once fuel burns up, release the START button.

3. Then, push START button again and slowly with other hand start opening up fuel valve.(You will see fuel creeping up the fuel hose, then the machine will try to start.)

4. Choke again and once it catches the right fuel mixture it will begin working properly.

This procedure needs to get done sometimes because customers will move the fuel valve as they operate the machine to give more fuel to the system as it operates, but they forget to return it back to the original position, so when it starts, there is fuel in the system and that's what causes the fire out of nozzle.

This unit should not catch fire if the directions on the manual are followed. This procedure and the knocking procedure are on the manual for referencing. Sometimes when customers get comfortable using the machine, they may overlook small things that can make a big difference. This machine has a pulse jet engine and the fuel air mixture is very important for proper operation.
