It would be best to apply Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate by sprayer. You could use a backsprayer like the Chapin 4 gallon backpack sprayer. By spraying you get a more even application.

Fly Control is best obtained using a fly trap such as the Flies Be Gone Trap. This trap is to be placed in direct sunlight, 30ft away from the area you are wanting to rid flies of and placed 5ft off the ground. These traps are disposoble so you just throw them away after 4-6 weeks.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate can eliminate any type of ant that comes into contact with a treated area. You should note that the product will not be carried back to the colony and transferred to other ants - only the ants that actually come in contact with treated areas will be eliminated. We do carry Termidor SC and Phantom, which both work with a transfer effect and are labeled for most types of ants. If you would prefer to stick to all natural products you should consider using a combination of ant baits such as the Gourmet Ant Bait Gel and the Intice Fine Bait Granules. Baits will be picked up by the foraging ants and carried back to the colony. After the infestation is gone you can follow up with the Essentria IC3 as a barrier spray around the exterior of your home to stop new ants from moving in.
Essentria IC3 should only be applied to cracks and crevices to interior areas (not on furniture or vehicles) and exterior applications per the product label. We do carry Steri-Fab that can be applied to upholstered areas and the interior of the vehicle.

With Mavrik Perimeter there is no lingering odor or visible residue and when dry it is non toxic and non repellent to honey bees once the application is dry.

You could potentially add 1-2 oz of the Essentria IC3 to a gallon of Talstar P dilution for extra knockdown of target pests. However, these insecticides cover pretty much the same target pests, so most customers will not use both at the same time. Essentria IC3 is safe to use in more areas, than Talstar P, such as near boat docks or bodies of water, while Talstar P will have a longer residual than Essentria.

The best way to control booklice is by lowering the humidity in the infested areas which in turn will help eliminate the mold and fungus these insects need to survive. Infested furniture and carpeting should be thoroughly steam cleaned and vacuumed. You can spray your furniture with Sterifab to get rid of any lingering insects. You cannot spray anything on books so for those we recommend you find a way to heat treat them with a device like the Packtite or you can seal them loosely into bins with Nuvan Prostrips.
