LambdaStar UltraCap 9.7% consist of a capsule suspension formulation of lambda-cyhalothrin which features extended residual protection. Microencapsulation is a process that helps the pesticide to stick to the applied surface, making it very effective at long term pest control. Keep the solution suspended by shaking it before spraying LamdaStar UltraCap. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.
It is for outdoors including structural, turf and ornamental, and livestock housing as well as indoors in food areas. Mosquito treatment is ideal with this due to the powerful knockdown and extended residual activity. It will even work on hard-to-control species such as scorpions. Common uses for this includes: treating the area around a structure, spraying on lawns and other vegetation, creating a barrier on the side of a building, under doors, eaves and windows that are protected from rainfall, and any problem entry points that pests could go through. Can be used in food areas by only the crack and crevice and spot treatment methods. Other pesticides or Insect Growth Regulators may be used with LamdaStar Ultracap.

Premise Perimeter Barrier Treatments Apply a continual band of insecticide around building foundations and around windows, doors, service line entrances, eaves, vents, and other areas to reduce the potential for entry by crawling pests. Before application, remove debris and leaf litter from next to the foundation, cut back vegetation and branches that touch the foundation, and move or rake back rocks, deep mulch, or other potential pest harborage next to the foundation. Apply the band up to 10 ft. wide around the structure (or according to state regulations governing commercial pest control) and upwards along the foundation to 3 ft. and around windows, doors, and roof overhangs. Apply as a coarse spray to thoroughly and uniformly wet the foundation and/or band area so that the insecticide will reach the soil or thatch level where pests may be active. Amount of concentrate is dependent upon pest species (see pest table and comments), infestation levels, and service interval desired.

I decided to purchase this product and give it a try, after receiving the product and following all the instructions it proved to do the job I expected. Was looking for something that would kill Bark Scorpions without direct contact.This product works great for this need. Have found scorpions,crickets,spider and other crawly critters dead in the sprayed areas. Will buy again for sure. Glad I found this product.

Purchased LamdaStar UltraCap 9.7% for minimal (or so I thought) roach problem. Sprayed this around bottom foundation of the house. By the time I came back around, there were roaches scurrying around. Surprise!!! This stuff is great. Good recommendation and instructions for this product supplied by DoMyOwnPestControl.

I have two cats, is Lambdastar UltraCap 9.7% safe to use indoors with pets? I want to spray inside my house but want to make sure this won't kill or make my pets ill?
LambdaStar UltraCap 9.7% whan applied per label is safe for people and pets. Be sure to keep the pets out of the treated area until dried. This normally takes about 2 hours.

The outdoor residual for LambdaStar UltraCap 9.7% is 21-30 days. If spraying indoors it would be 90 days.

When using Lambdastar Ultracap 9.7%, or any other insecticide, it is recommended for people to be out of the treated area until dry, typically 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The shelf life of LambdaStar UltraCap 9.7% is 3-5 years as long as it is kept at room temperature. Store out of extreme heat or cold, and do not allow moisture to get in the bottle.

I have used Demand CS with success but I was wondering, besides active ingredient what are the differences in both in terms of application, residual, target insects, shelf life etc.?
Lambdastar UltraCap 9.7% and the Demand CS will work the same when applied correctly. They have exactly the same active ingredient, which is lambda-cyhalothrin 9.7%, but they are made by different manufacurers.
