I have had Springtails for almost 4 months now. I have Orkin as my pest control company. This is the chemical they list on the back of their ticket along with the Delta Dust I purchased. I had my condo complex move my sprinkler head which was going underneath my AC slab in the dirt drawing moisture which was right by my 2 bathrooms. I have been using this once a week now for a month or so and also spraying under my one tub which I can get to and also under my AC slab outside and along the outside wall and windows. My main problem was in the bath sinks and tubs. Each day I see less and less Spring Tails in my tubs. I would recommend this for a lot of different kind of bugs. I think I am on the right track with this chemical.

Be careful what you buy

The label says that it ends with a series of insects inside which include ants and cockroaches, but they will be of Mars because those of here of the earth only the perfumery, therefore I do not recommend this perfume to them because it is of no use.

A fantastic product

When I purchased my new house in 2013 it had three bodies of water as well as a stream and a real mosquito problem. After a Google search I found do my own pest control.com and they recommended Talstar with a solo 451 backpack blower. I purchased the Talstar as recommended and the blower. I have used this product now every year at least two or three applications and it is nothing short of incredible. The trick is you have to make sure that you get lots of coverage on the underside of leaves not just the top. Mosquitoes love to hide in dark wet areas and this is where this product is effective. Not to mention, with light rain topical applications are more likely to be washed away. Now in 2017 I have upgraded to a 16 gallon tree sprayer with an electric pump. This gives me more coverage and more saturation in the areas that count. I drive around with a golf cart on my property and spray all of the potentially affected areas. This product will kill an entire host of different nuisance pests however I use it exclusively for mosquitoes and like I said above it works great. The best endorsement for this product is the fact that I pay a professional exterminator to come out once a year and washed on my roof line and house to make sure that we don't get wood boring bugs on our cedar siding and shake roof which will destroy the house. I asked them what they would use or do use for mosquito control and/or insect control and they said demon or Talstar. I stopped paying them $350 a year to spray my house and I do it myself now. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.... One last piece of advice, if you're planning on cooking out with company say Friday night, make sure you're out there on Wednesday applying this product. Although it does seem to have an immediate effect when sprayed directly on these pests given a few days they'll all be gone. Good luck to you.

Been using for years, safe for pets, don't need to use flea and tick products because we use TalstarP (Talstar One). We have cows behind us and don't have to worry about ticks or fleas on our dog. We spray yard, lanai, garage, house, if a pest does make it inside I find them dead. Great product.

I bought this because it is supposed to kill spiders. I live on lake Erie and we have tons of spiders that weave webs all over the houses and cars. I followed the directions, sprayed my house and inside my garage down. Never killed one spider nor did it repel them. Seems I wasted my money.

Best stuff ever made for unprofessionals

Absolutely shocked and amazed at how great this product works. My husband and I noticed last summer of water bugs coming inside our home or few roaches here and there that were small. If you are anything like me I hate bugs of any kind especially a roach. We have never had this issue before and I wanted something that was going to do the job inside and outside. I started researching pest control companies and found the product Talstar P. I read the reviews and it was a professional product for customer purchase over the counter. It was money well spent. We spray as recommended by directions inside around baseboards, doorways, underneath the stove, refrigerator, and corners. Outside my husband sprays 3ft out from the house and sprays the outline perimeter, windows, patio, porch, sun room, around where our daughter plays, and near the dogs area. We haven't had any issues with any roaches. I have seen 3 since last summer each one has been dead or just froze in place and slow moving. I noticed it killed all bees we had, mosquitoes, gnats, flies, spiders, stink bugs etc. The only thing I hated was the poor lady bugs that got killed. But I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is having an issue with few pests! But it want stop and infestation that would be more in depth.

This seems to be the summer of the scorpion in Central Texas. I guess the wet spring (thank God) contributed to the increased critter population. I ran across DMOPC site by surfing the web. I was going to have a "professional" do the job, but I couldn't see shelling out $100 for one application. After I read the Talstar P reviews I decided to try it. So far the scorpions seem to respect the barrier. I've seen two dead ones at the entrance to the garage. My wife found one dead in the utility room the next morning after the application. He must have been hiding under the washer/dryer. Again, he went to scorpion heaven. Talstar has no odor and it's easy to apply. I've used the Big Box store offerings before this with some results. I hope this stuff does a better job, so far it has. By the way, DMOPC gave me excellent service with prompt shipping. I'll be back!

Fantastic pest controler

Works as expected. I am very satisfied. I mixed one ounce to a gallon of water. I used it outside my home and it was very effective on spiders, red hornets, fire ants, crickets, grasshoppers and pretty much any other bug around the house.

I bought this product because I had an infestation on my Meyer Lemon tree of Sri Lanka Weevils. I went to UFL's website, the authority on agriculture, and they recommended Talstar P for major infestations without any promises of results since not much research has been done on these new invasive pest. So I tried it out and I'm happy with the results. The weevils didn't drop dead on contact but by the next day they were all gone from the tree. We have had a couple good thunderstorms and the Talstar is still holding up on my tree. Not a single weevil in the last 3 weeks. New leaves are coming in, no new notching, and no weevils. I also tried it on some wasps nest with the same results. They don't drop dead on contact, it takes a few minutes, but they haven't come back to reoccupy their nest 3 weeks later. Also sprayed on the outside and inside of my house to keep out the ants. Since then most of the ants that make it in my house are dead along the baseboards and the few that are alive won't be for long.

A godsend for spider relief

I bought this to eliminate black widows and other spiders in my garage in Raleigh, NC. I have since used it all around the house, crawl space, ornamental trees, kids' playset, etc. It has apparently eliminated all spiders and other bugs from the garage, and I was able to vacuum up the debri in there and it is so nice. It is also a great bargain, since this 3/4 gallon makes YEARS of effective relief for my single-family home. I have since given some ounces to my mother-in-law and co-workers to help them at their home. Would buy again for sure.

great stuff on mosquitoes

We live on about 3/4 of an acre lot with lots of old growth pines, oaks, and gum trees. Lots of shade and grass for mosquitos. Tried everything from the Lowes brand insect kill to mosquito magnets to hiring a professional. The professional used a fogger and mint smelling natural chemical that kept the mosquitoes away for a couple days and the chemicals that he later used would work for about a day. Found that Mavrik insecticide worked okay (knocked down about 80% for a 5 day period) but still not the results I wanted for my wife and 2 young kids playing in the yard. Read the reviews on this product and gave it a shot. It's been wonderful. No mosquitoes for almost 10 days! NONE. That was a welcome change. It's been raining a lot here lately so it may even last longer without rain. Sprayed both my parents yard and my brothers yard and they both confirmed it crushed their mosquito problems too. Very pleased with this product and hope my yard isn't glowing from outer space from all the chemicals but this product sure does work. Thanks Talstar P! Hope this helps.

Mosquitos are the worst in Hyde county,N.C. than anywhere I know about, so after hurricane Irene, county mosquito control spraying was not enough. Heard about Talstar P from a friend that had used it for 2 years with excellent results on all type of flies and mosquitos. Marco Gibbs was right about it's the best he has every used and I total agree.It works above average.No more mosquitos problems if you used this product.

I used to have problems with ants in the kitchen and garbage can storage area. After using TalstarP, the ants stay outside and away from the garbage cans. I also had termite activity in a second story closet. I spray TalstarP directed in the "saw dust holes" eliminated the problem. Wonderful product.

Been using this product for 3 years now. Where I live there is normally ant problems 6 months out of the year. Since I started using this product, I simply spray the pine trees in the spring when the ants come out of the trees. This takes care of the problem for the rest of the year. I also spray around the house foundation. Does a great job on mosquitoes. Spraying the lawn twice a year takes care of the problem. You won't find an insecticide that is this effective at lowe's, Home Depot, Grange Co-Op etc.
