The VectorFog H200SF-SS Thermal Fogger replaces the VectorFog H200SF Thermal Fog Machine. It has all of the same great features but now includes an improved stainless steel tank. It has been specially designed for the applying oil based and water solutions. It features a nozzle that was specially designed for superior dispersal along with an exceptional Dual-Point inlet technology. This adaptable fogger machine will allow someone to handle any task, from animal health disinfection and plant protection, along with the control of vector carriers of diseases and pests. The H200SF model fogger has been manufactured using high quality stainless steel, providing the owner with years of performance and durability.
VectorFog fogging equipment is used primarily for the application of biocides, disinfectants, pesticides and fungicides. VectorFog foggers create a mist or fog that forms an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) droplet that is between 5-30 microns in length. Studies have revealed that these sizes of droplets are perfect to handle vector carriers of diseases, pathogens, and pests. Also, solutions may be applied in concentrations of 10-90%, and with flow rates of over 13.2 gallons per hour (GPH) (50 LPH) making them more efficient foggers.

Read Full Answer »According to Vector Fog, if the fuel mixture is too rich that is being used in the H200SF Thermal Fog Machine this can cause the fuel to burn fast and then fire comes out of the nozzle. To fix this issue, they recommend shutting down the fuel valve by following these steps below.  1. Push START button and hold 2. Once fuel burns up, release the START button. 3. Then, push START button again and slowly with other hand start opening up fuel valve.(You will see fuel creeping up the fuel hose, then the machine will try to start.) 4. Choke again and once it catches the right fuel mixture it will begin working properly.  This procedure needs to get done sometimes because customers will move the fuel valve as they operate the machine to give more fuel to the system as it operates, but they forget to return it back to the original position, so when it starts, there is fuel in the system and that's what causes the fire out of nozzle.  This machine has a pulse jet engine and the fuel air mixture is very important for proper operation.  You can contact Vector Fog directly at 1-844-780-6711 for additional troubleshooting and assistance.
