According to the manufacturer, the Solo 416-LI Backpack Battery Sprayer is not equipped with a constant agitator.  You would mix your solution and manually agitate before use, and during use if needed.  You would then thoroughly clean the tank and all spraying components after use, never leaving a solution in the tank for more than 24 hours.  You can view the product instructional manual here, and you may also contact Solo directly with specific product questions at (757) 245-4228 or via their website's contact page here.
